What Causes Delayed Periods And Abdominal Cramps?

he my husband and I made out on January 22. (i had my last periods on jan 6.) During the moment, he rubbed his penis (no condom) on my vulva (no penetration and not even near vagina). Now I think I am missing my periods. I had cramps few days ago but no sign of periods, does this mean i am pregnant?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is best to have a pregnancy test to make sure. if the test comes out negative repeat it in 3-4 days. If it is negative again then very likely you are not pregnant.
If the pregnancy tests are negative both times in 3-4 days distance and the periods are not coming in the next 3-4 weeks you might need to see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
