What Causes Delayed Periods And Bloated Stomach?

I am over a week late with my period. I had unprotected sex the day after my period finished over four weeks ago. I have had 3 negative pregnancy tests. My stomach is bloated and my trousers are uncomfortable, also I have been very nausous. Help please.
