What Causes Delayed Periods And Brown Discharge?

hi i am 27 years old im married have 4 children i weigh 11 stone!.. i have polycystic ovaries i had a cone biopsey about 12 weeks ago and im 2 weeks late for my period and i have brown discharge when i go for a wee and i am just wondeing what this could be??? thanx
