What Causes Delayed Periods And Constant Urination?

hi i'm 22yrs old,i've just finished my 3 mths treatment of progyluton on the 16th of June, and i saw my period on the 21st of June however my husband and i had unprotected intercourse on the 3,4 &5 of July and i haven't seen my period for this month...I've been having back aches and a constant urination problem for about 2 weeks now and I've been passing some white secretions that's really messy..any advice on what could be happening?
