What Causes Delayed Periods And Heaviness In The Head?
Hi! I am 41 yrs old, my period is very regular n happens always 28th or 30 days interval.This month it s getting delayed by 6 days n all other pre menstrual symptoms is there. I am not pregnant as not having sex since last 4 months. Feeling heaviness in head.

Too much stress for your body may cause a late or missed period.
In some cases, hormone imbalance is causes missed periods.
I would recommend to use anti-inflammatory medication for the premenstrual symptoms.
If the situation continues you should see a gynecologist and get evaluated.
