General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think you have possibility of ectopic pregnancy as your tube tide. After tube tide chance of ectopic pregnancy is high it affect the tube motility and chance of re canalize.
Spotting, nausea and absence of period may be symptoms of ectopic pregnancy.
I advice you to go for USG scan by consulting the gynecologist. If ectopic pregnancy will be there should be treated by surgery.
Other cause of spotting and absence of bleeding are: PCOS, endometriosis and hormonal imbalance should be ruleout.
Period can be inducedin absence of pregnancy by medroxyprogesterone preparation tablet or injection.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
