What Causes Delayed Periods And Pink Spotting?

hi, im 24 years old i take the pill everyday not always the same time, i took my last pill wednesday and its now monday night and i still have not started my period , i have had a week of cramping and light pink spotting, i took a test it was negative that was sunday... could i be pregnant??
