What Causes Delayed Periods And Pink Vaginal Spotting?

Hi my first day of my last period was on November 18, I’m currently late...2 weeks ago I started having pink discharge for a few days with like very mild cramping and it would just be spotting when I will wipe then it kind of got brownish, then I kind of lick and felt swollen from my pelvis area like bloated and with mild pain. I took a pregnancy test a week after that and it said negative. Yesterday which was the 20th I had spotting again just enough for a panty liner and thought it was my period but it stopped...should I test again or what could be happening is the first time i’ve Experienced this usually my period is regular.

Hello,

Consult a gynecologist. A pregnancy test can be done if negative then blood test in the laboratory may be done if negative then pregnancy can be ruled out. Sporting is irrelevant and nothing to worry. Wait for some time it will be normal. It can be hormonal imbalance related to autoimmune thrombolytic anemia. A pregnancy test can be repeated and follow up can be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
