What Causes Delayed Periods And Sore Facial Pimples While On Trigestrel?

Hi, I was using triphasil for a little over 6 months but last month I went to the clinic and was told that they don t have triphasil so they gave me trigestrel instead. My last sexual encounter was August 17th and my last period was August 10th(I was still on triphasil) I started using trigestrel on the August 11th and I was expecting my period on the 5/6th of September and it didn t come. I am also getting a lot of sore pimples on my face since I started using trigestrel so I m not sure what is happening. Please help. I don t suspect that I might be pregnant because I always use a condom and I drink my contraceptives on time.

both are of same use so need not worry. you should be safe but better to have pregnancy test.it is better to use the same brand of drug so keep the requered stock available with you but under unavoidable circumstances no alternative but to go for change but it should be with consultation of doctor . in your case you-have followed the procedure so need not worry.
