What Causes Delayed Periods And Swelling In Groin?

I am a 30 year old female. I am 5'4 174 pounds. My last cycle started on March 28 it lasted 7 days and my cycle is every 28 days all pap smears have been normal in past last one July 2010. I just started my cycle yesterday May 3 which is late and have a swollen lymph node in my groin what does this mean?
