What Causes Delayed Periods And White Discharge?

my last menses was 18th Feb n sometimes it can be irregular. On 7 April I tested pregnancy test kit but it showed faint positive,so on 12 April, I went for scanning but showed no signs of pregnancy n this time d pregnancy showed negative. \For the past few days, I have white clotes discharges. What does it means??
