What Causes Delayed Periods And White Discharge?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I'm a 27 year old female who had a baby just over 2 years ago. I am not on any contraception medication. I get all the signs and syptoms of my period coming but I never get the bleeding. But I do get a clear egg white consistency. There is not a chance I can be pregnant. I was just wondering if there was a reason behind this. Or should I go back to my doctors?
