What Causes Delayed Periods Despite Taking Deviry?
I have taken deviry 10 mg for 5 days 1 dosage. Its been 6 days still didn t get my periods. My period cycles are always regular its the first time i missed it. I have done the urine pregnancy test on thw 10 th day and it is negative. What should i do now
You can consider repeating the pregnancy test in a few days. Pregnancy test can detect pregnancy by day 11 to 14 after conception.
If the test was done after this time then it does not need to be repeated.
There are other causes of delayed periods such as: (1) emotional stress/illness (2) physical illness (3)thyroid disease (4)high prolactin level (5)polycystic ovarian syndrome
If you are stressed , then this may be a cause but if this is not the case then you may need blood tests.
I hope this helps
