What Causes Delayed Periods Despite Taking Medroxyprogesterone?

I had unprotected sex on 25th of this month and took emergency contraception 2 days apart,then I started my pcod pills containing ethynyl estradiol and cyproterone acetate missing one pill on this sunday to induce start of my periods I took medroxyprogesterone yesterday 5mg but nothing happened,What sort of regimen for contraception should I follow and how do I get my menses?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the pregnancy is not there then it may be some hormone changes so caused no menses and it is nothing to worry because oral hormone therapy could be the cause of this, hope this information helps.
