What Causes Delayed Periods Despite Taking Mensovit Plus?

Hi.. I had unprotected sex on 8th june.. And my expected period was 23rd june.. I just spotting from 5days, i didnt get actual period yet.. My cycle was regular 30days cycle.. And took pregnancy test which shiws negative result. Taking mensovit plus for regulating my periods.. Still can i be pregnant??
