hi Dr, my periods delays for 10 days now, was just normal for all those months and i am positive that i am not pregnant, not on family planning, did not took any medication, i am not that much stress, what cause so much delay, because i suppose to start menses on 31 January.

For identify the causes consult the gynecologist and undergo following tests: 1. Pelvic examination 2. Full hormonal assay: E2, P, FSH, LH, PROLACTIN , THYROID 3. USG 4. Endometrial biopsy 5. Ovarian follicle study 6. Blood: CBC, ESR, Sugar, KFT.
Start regular exercise Eat healthy diet Take more fluid Take fruits like papaya, orange and pomegranate Avoid stress
