Hi & Welcome to HCM. Post coital contraceptive pills like I-Pill contains high dose of Progesterone hormone (Levonorgestrel) which can cause abnormal bleeding as your gf experienced for 3 days after taking it. Her period might be early or late for next two cycles. This is a known side effect of taking I-Pill. You are advised to take your gf for gynecological consultation to rule out hormonal imbalance and to induce the menstruation. Please use condoms to prevent unwanted pregnancy and when having sexual intercourse with partner whose sexual health is unknown. Hope this helps.
