What Causes Delayed Periods Post Intake Of MT Pill?

Hi doctor. I had mt pill on the 5th Oct and the follow up pills on the 7th oct 2015 to get periods. I bled for almost 10 days. Now I haven t got my other cycle of periods uptil now which was supposed to be in the month of Nov 2015. What should I do ?? I am tensed. Could I be pregnant again. We took the precaution but !!

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
MT Pill contains 'Mifepristone', which is used to induce abortion for termination of pregnancy.
The first time you took MT Pill in OCtober has worked and you had got the periods in the form of bleeding. Since the bleeding was prolonged for 10 days previously, your periods could have been delayed this time.
In case you were sexually active in November, there is a possibility that you could have conceived also.
Kindly get a urine pregnancy test done. If it is negative, you can wait and you should get your periods.
