What Causes Delayed Periods Post Intake Of Mifegest?

Sir I took 3 pills of mifegest on 13th Feb on that day I saw three or four drops of blood and then still now bleeding is not started today its already 16 the Feb even I have high thyroid I had two months pregnancy so could u please tell me when will be bleeding star??

Yes it can cause delayed bleeding due to hormonal imbalance
Following are the side effects of pills:
Abdominal cramp
Irregular bleeding/delayed bleeding
Nausea
Headache
back pain
dizziness.
