What Causes Delayed Periods Post Intake Of Emergency Contraceptive Pills?

Hey...I Hv been using ecp fr 4 to 5 months ...whnevr I Hv unprotected sex..I take ecp bt jst once a month...I always Hv a withdrwal bleed bt Thn my normal menstrual bleed also occurs at the usual date..Ths may I had my periods on 2nd may...Thn I had Intercourse may...after tht On 16th may I had bleeding...bt I didn t Hv any menstraual bleeding..Thn on 2nd June I again took ecp...bt yet There iz no withdrwal bleed or normal menstraual bleed....m really so worried..plz let me know wht shud I do it s really making me hell worried plz..

my advice will be not to take ECP frequently it is not an effective mode of contraception.

taking too much ECP will bring harmonic imbalance in your body so please avoid it.

ECP has high failure rate too. it depends on the time when it is taken mostly effective only within 72 hours after unprotected sex.

if your sexual activity is high take oral contraceptive pill and use condom to prevent transmission of Sexually Transmittable Diseases.

so do an urinary pregnancy test and consult a gynecologist for the follow up.
