What Causes Delayed Periods Post Non Penetrative Sex?

Hi... I m 18 and am 5 days late with my period. I didn t actually go through the entire process of sex but he just went in once and then I got him out since it was all forced. I m really scared that I might be pregnant. Thus happened exactly two days after my last period ended. I took two home pregnancy tests and though they both came out negative I am still panicking. Can you please give me an honest reply as to whether I should be worried?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Just penetrating once inside vagina and not ejaculating inside might carry a remote chance to cause pregnancy. Although pre-ejaculate fluid contains active sperms and can cause pregnancy, the chances are very very less.
Also, you could be little safe as this incident happened two days after your periods, which is not your fertile period.
So, don't be worried much about it as such anxiety also can cause delay in getting periods.
Just relax and wait for periods to happen.
In case your periods are delayed bybmore than a week, it would be advisable to consult Gynecologist for evaluation and management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
