What Causes Delayed Periods Post Unprotected Sex?

Hello and I had sex at the start of January near my period , after I experienced dark random stains in my panties but my period never came for January just last week I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative and I m wondering if there s still a chance I could be pregnant

I understand your concern.
Delayed periods post unprotected intercourse would always carry a risk of getting pregnant. It is more likely to happen if you had it during your fertile period.
Kindly get yourself clinically evaluated by consulting Gynecologist. Also it would be better if you have an ultrasound scan of pelvis done.
In case you are not pregnant, then the delayed periods could be due to hormonal imbalance, which needs to be investigated and then treated accordingly.
