What Causes Delayed Periods, Sore Nipples And Back Pain While On Medroxyprogesterone?

Hi, I m having some lower back pain, and my nipples are really sore and feel full. Also I m feeling pressure in my lower abdominal area. My doctor gave me medroxyprogesterone to start my period and I started taking it on the 1st of October and it was only the 7 day supply so I took it from October 1st to 7th. It s now the 17th and I haven t started my cycle yet. What s going on

Reason for not getting period after Progestron withdrowal may be pregnancy or lack of Estrogen priming with thin endometrium. Bloating and breast symptoms favours pregnancy.
