General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Irregular menses with IUD in position need to be evaluated for alteration in hormone levels of estrogen and gonadal hormones. An ultrasound report with polycystic ovaries evaluation is also very vital over the lab test.

Kindly discuss the need of the same with your OBGYN during next scheduled visit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
