What Causes Delayed Periods While On Pain Medication?

I have been on nexplenon birth control for 2years now. I was in a major car accident in march 23 2016 where I was given alot of pain meds antibiotics and nerve medication. My period after that was almost 2-3 weeks apart up until June 23 which has been my last period I took a test about 5weeks from then and it was negative. But I still have yet to have a period and my breast hurt and are growing. What should I consider next.

I really appreciate your concern, it is just consider nothing because what the history of given here and history of amenorrhea are noting to take anything with each other, and if it is pregnancy is doubtful then it is not likely, and no need to worry about this, still you can go for ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
