General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to the health care magic

H. Pylori infection usually not leads to delayed period..

The common cause for delay period is pregnancy..

Check your diabetes, thyroid by serum blood sugar and serum TSH, T4 estimation...

Excess stress, prolonged fasting, excess exercise etc are some other reason

Hormonal imbalance and ovarian problem also can lead delayed period.. So if needed USG pelvis can be done along with Hormonal estimation

Hope this will help you

Consult gynecologist for examination and further work up accordingly
