What Causes Delayed Periods While Suffering From PCOD?
hi i had irregular periods and slight pcod. but my periods are not too late beyond 40 days. we are not trying to conceive. this cycle i had throat infection and had antibiotcs. from 24 th day of cycle i had brown cloured discharge about 10 days.. now i am 43 rd day if cycle. still no periods and negative hpts.

The irregular cycles is due to hormone imbalance associated with PCOD, along with added stress of infection.
Since you are not trying to conceive you can take oral contraceptive pills to regulate your cycle.
Please be advised to follow up with your gynecologist for a prescription of OCP.
