my name is Carmen i am looking for answer i miss my period is gone be the second month but i also worried because i do have fibroid in my uterus i do have in my fist moth i started to field tire and sleep so much the in my second moth nausea and mad i dont want to be with my husband i so confuse and secretive what it happen to me

First, you confirm that your not a pregnant July urine pregnancy tests.

If negative other possibilities like anemia, hyperthyroidism or polycystic ovarian syndrome or big fibroid uterus or infection or drugs etc.

Get it done ultrasound abdomen, thyroid status, hemoglobin, serum LH and FSH level.

Please consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.
