What Causes Delayed Periods While Suffering From Fibroid Tumor?

Good Afternoon Sir.

I am currently not having a normal menstrual cycle. My last cycle was in November 2013. I have taken a pregnancy test {twice}, and I am not pregnant. I was however, diagnosed with a fibroid tumor on last year. Would you please help me....
