What Causes Delayed Periods With Abdomen Pain And Bloating?

Hi, I m 3 days late for my period. My periods are pretty regular and on time. I ve been extremely gassy, bloated, stomach pains (and I never get stomach pains or cramps before, during it after my period - I think I may be the only woman in the world who doesn t) tired a bit nauseous. I took a pregnancy day after the 1st day of being late and it showed negative. Was that too early to take the test?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
In my opinion you took pregnancy test too early to detect the pregnancy so I advise you to repeat the test after a week with early morning urine sample which will have high HCG levels if you are pregnant. If not pregnancy even before periods also people develop some symptoms like pain abdomen, bloating. If you were my patient I will advise tablet. paracetamol for pain because if you are pregnant yo cannot take every drug like before.
