What Causes Delayed Periods With Abdominal Cramps And Bloating?
Hi , it s been now 15 days but I have not got my periods. Just as a precaution I had taken a home pregnancy test after 9th day , but it was negative. I am getting symptoms of periods like leg pain , cramps , stomach bloating etc but still I have not received my periods. I have started taking Deviry 10mg since a day , but not very sure if it will help . Just for added reference I have not had any sex after my last period cycle and also was jet lagged for few days due to travel.

Hello,
Your symptoms seem to be related to premenstrual syndrome. I recommend using simethicone medication for the bloating. I suggest using acetaminophen three times a day for the cramps. I also recommend using heat compresses for relief.
