What Causes Delayed Periods With Abdominal Cramps And Nausea?

i am 20 years old and i think i am pregnant and i have been experiencing the symptoms nausea dizziness and tired and moody and i have not had a normal period, my last period was may30,2016 lasted for 4 days and havent had it since then and i gone to a free pregnancy clinic i seen 2 lines and one was very faint and one was pink fully and it has been 6wks and 9days since my last period, and i have been cramping and i have not bled like a period.

By your history and description, possibility of hormonal imbalance is more.
But if you had unprotected sex then better to first rule out pregnancy. So get done urinary pregnancy test to rule pregnancy. If this is negative then no need to worry for pregnancy.
Hormonal imbalance is the likely cause for your symptoms.
So consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels.
You will mostly improve with hormone pills.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
