What Causes Delayed Periods With Abdominal Pain And Itchy Bumps On Body?

I missed my period its 3 weeks late. I took 2 pregnancy test and both came out negative. i Have had abdominal pain on and off. Chest hurts some and back pains. Been feeling tired alot and ive gained alot of weight recently. I also have little itchy bumps that are spread all over my body. What is wrong with me?

You need a blood test and urinalysis apart from a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route. Infections should be excluded.
