What Causes Delayed Periods With Back Aches And Cramps?

hello im chai and im 17 yrs.old from philippines.. is it possible for me to be pregnant because my last period was on january 2 and supposed to be that i will have my period this febuary 4. im having back aches and lower pains just like the feeling when im going to have my period. also im having a ''spotting" and im feeling dizzy most of the time and my stomach aches mostly. im delayed for about 2weeks.. please help me i already tried 2 home PT and it was nagative.. HELP ME PLEASE?.. T.T
