What Causes Delayed Periods With Cramps And Abdomen Bloating?

Menstrual came almost a week late, unusual for me because since my IUD has been removed and I began getting regular cycles its been on time same dates every month, now it s five days since the last day of my period and I am experiencing cramping and am feeling bloated.

If you missed your menses,better to get your home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
