What Causes Delayed Periods With Fatigue And Headaches?

Hi, I am 20 years old and missed my last period it is now 16 days late and i am having bad headaches and also much more fatigued then usual, my urine is very cloudy and frequent. i an a camp worker in the oil feild and missed days are critical. however the past few wekks i have missed so many due to the way my body is acting. Is it too early to get a positive result on a first response test? if not then what else could be going on for my body to suddenly change its behaviour becasue this has not hapend to me before.?

Thank you for your query.

You may take a pregnancy test reliably on the day of the missed period.
As you are more than 2 weeks late, you should get a reliable result.
If positive, congratulations. See your OBGYN for prenatal care.
If not, see your OBGYN and physician.
I recommend :
-ultrasound pelvis to look for ovarian cysts
-urine analysis to check for Infection
-blood tests (complete blood count, TSH, free t3 and t4, reproductive hormone levels)

Based on the test results, a treatment plan will be made.
