What Causes Delayed Periods With Light Brown Spotting?

Last period was in December and I have had unprotected sex several times since. I was 4 days late until today I experienced a light, brown spotting, along with awful cramps, backaches, bloating and tender boobs. It has almost been 9 days since intercourse. Am I pregnant? Is this implantation bleeding? Am I 4 weeks or just a week?
