What Causes Delayed Periods With Light Spotting?

hi, I was supposed to start my period today & I didn t start it. I had light pink bleeding when I went to the bathroom believing it was my period but it stopped very quickly and I haven t been bleeding since. my boobs have grown and feel very sore. I have been having to urinate very often, more at night. I have back pain, stomach cramping in my left side, headaches, and hungry all the time, I crave certain foods & other foods make me feel nauseated. my boyfriend and I have unprotected sex often. does this sound like pregnancy?
