What Causes Delayed Periods With Lower Back Pain?

Hi I ve got piles which I have tried to treat myself. Now am very late on my period, ano I m not pregnant as I ve not had sex. Now am starting to suffer with back pain in the lower part of my back. Help please alimony scared it s something really serious. Thanks.

Hi,

You can go for a home urine pregnancy test if it comes negative you should consult a gynecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.

These delayed periods and abdominal cramps may be because of hormonal changes also.
