What Causes Delayed Periods With Negative Pregnancy Test Result?

Hi, I am Priti. My last date of period was 24/6/2014. I missed my period this month (July) & its about 10 days,had a pregnancy test at home but the result is negative.I don t have any symptom as well. My urine is yellow from the missing period date & I am tensed.
