What Causes Delayed Periods With Negative Pregnancy Test Result?
hello madam
i have a doubt.my lmp is on 1st november 2015 my expected period date on 2nd december 2015 (30 cycle).my menusural cycle is regular ,till now i have no periods.i am planning to pregnant, on 3rd december morning i check blood hcg ,it is 2 ,am i pregnant or not.if am pregnant why hcg shows negative, when i have to check hcg next.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
Delayed periods can be due to many reasons such as hormonal disturbance, excessive stress, getting pregnant, ovarian problem etc. Blood pregnancy test is negative in you. But sometimes HCG levels in blood can be very low as 2 in early pregnancy. If you are pregnant, These levels would increase with time & become more positive in blood & urine. You are advised to do a repeat blood HCG after a week. If you are pregnant this should come positive.
Refer to your gynaecologist Hope this helps
