What Causes Delayed Periods With Negative Result In HPT?

I had my period may 30 it ended june 2 not heavy at all...Came back on june 17..Here it is july 31 no period..12 days late..Ive experienced back pain stomach pain ,nausea,vomiting tiredness ,fatigue,mood swings,breast tenderness and all other pregnancy symptoms.the thing is ive had my tubes tied over 4 1/2 years ago but i also know its a small chance of pregnancy.I took a test today about 4 it came back negative but my heart and body is telling me i may be pregnant..Should i wait test again or should i just go get checked to see whats going on..Im worried it might turn out to be tubal... I cant get an appointment to my doctor till August 28....Please help

* As per my clinical experience, the delayed periods with negative home pregnancy test indicates altered hormone homeostasis rather than ectopic pregnancy.

* An ectopic pregnancy would present with sudden severe onset of unilateral abdomen pain, signs of systemic illness as fever, tachycardia, guarding or rigidity, hypotension in case of rupture.

* Kindly get a consultation with your OBGY for the prescription of hormone therapy to get menses via withdrawal method from progesterone therapy.
