I do appreciate your concern about ectopic
pregnancy since you have gone through the experience which is a nightmare.
However, the very fact your pregnancy test is negative even 2 weeks after delayed menses, the possibility of any form of pregnancy is very remote. In ectopic pregnancy, the pregnancy test is positive, though week positive.
Still, for confirmation, you may get your blood examined for

If you are not pregnant, you may take some
progesterone preparation like
Deviry for 5 days; 4-7 days after that you would get withdrawal bleeding. After that, please observe your menses. If the irregularity persists, you may require
hormonal work up for which, I would advice you to report to a Gynaecologist.
