What Causes Delayed Periods With Spotting After An Unprotected Sex?

how are you today?I'm 36yrs of age n I always had problems with my period.Had irregular period n have taken medicine for that.
In January I started my period on the 13th n went on till 16th JAN.And then on the 22nd JAN I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend.I did not get my period for February yet.But on the 23FEB I had a wee bit blood spots here n there for 2days n I didnt even have to wear a pad since it was invisible.
I dont know whether it was period or some other symptom as my period is very heavy normally.
Can you please help me?
