What Causes Delayed Periods With Spotting?

Hi last year i got marriage.and we are taking family planning with condoms. i am not getting periods properly from 2 months. i got the last period . on 11th september.next i did't get till today.oct 14th i saw a spot of blood that's it , thats also only one day.please help me
