What Causes Delayed Periods With Spotting?

Could I be pregnant I had this bleed 2weeks ago it lasted for 1day then 2 days of spotting. I did a pregnancy test the day after and it came back neg I also did one about 4days ago and that to was neg, ive not been feeling to well and my period was due on 17th jan and still nothing
