What Causes Delayed Periods With Spotting?
Hi doctor, I have been trying to be seen by my doctor but no luck yet. I am 8 days late on my period and have taken 3 HPT they all say neg. a few days ago I noticed what I think was implantation bleeding. So I ve waited a few days now and I m starting to get what feels like cramps by my left abdominal side.. Suggestions?

If all the pregnancy tests are negative then pregnancy is ruled out. The delay in periods can be due to stress, mild hormonal disturbance or polycystic ovaries.
