General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
The most probable cause of your delayed period is absence of ovulation since you responded positive to progeterone. This is common in people suffering from polycystic ovaries.Brown discharge is not normal. It is likely caused by a local vaginal infection or an STI if you are engaged unprotected sex.I advise you get examined by the Doctor and run a cervical swap smear test and other STI work-ups.
Best regards
