What Causes Delayed Periods With Yellow Urine?

hi..i am 40 days delayed on my menstruation, i'm usually irregular but not that long...and i have color yellow urine...me and my boyfriend having sex but he always withdraw..i tried to use pregnancy test and the result was negative..so, what does it mean? am i sick?
