What Causes Delayed Periods?

i did sex on 27th may..rather it was a protected sex..on 3rd june i got periods..bt this month im not having periods..rather i did a pregnancy test through urine ..according to it im not pregnant...but im not having periods this month..im worried..whats the reason ..kindly tell me
